My name is Célestin, and this is the story of how I had the idea to create this food company.

For my 20th birthday, my uncle, a famous Swiss chocolate maker told me: "Oh this year I have a special gift for you. We will create a product together that goes well with your sports diet and lifestyle!"

The following week I showed up at his factory and we started to think what kind of product we could imagine... We first prepared a cereal bar, full of dry fruits and honey. But that wasn't the good product yet. Too sticky and there was not enough protein inside of it.

So, to solve this problem we tried to mix chocolate and whey protein and after weeks of work, looking for the best texture and taste, we ended up with a chocolate protein bar. The last thing to do was to add back the dried fruit.
